FAQ
When do you offer faculty-led trips?
As a customized service, you can book faculty-led trips any time and at any length and we will advise you on best travel times. It is advisable to start planning at least 6 months in advance.
Who can participate?
We organize faculty-led trips for universities and other organizations. Please inquire if you represent companies, governments, NGOs or private groups. If you want to bring a high school group (under 18), we can welcome you as long as you have teachers/parents attending who are responsible for the group's behavior.
What kind of companies can we visit?
We work with all types of companies from international players to family run businesses from all industries. Just let us know what you are interested in and we will try to match your needs and interests.
What kind of visa do I need?
Vietnam has 45 day visa waivers in place with many nations. If your group needs visas, they can be applied for here.
Can we change the itinerary?
Changes can be requested up to one month before the start of the program and we will try our best to accommodate them. There are, however, no guarantees. We also reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary at any time in case of unforeseen circumstances.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel in accordance with our Terms and Conditions which you can find here.
How many participants per group?
Groups should be made up of at least 20 participants, there is no upper limit. Groups with less than 20 participants are possible but the prices will increase per person. All prices quoted are based on 20 participants, should the number fall below 20 because of cancellations, prices will increase per person. From 40 participants, prices per person may be lowered if all participants are members of the same group, i.e. apply together, arrive together etc.
